SMD P1.5 LED Module

The SMD-packaged P1.5 LED module uses SMD1010 or SMD1212 lamp beads, with a dot pitch of 1.5mm and a pixel density of 444,444 dots/m². It supports ≥1920Hz refresh rate and 14-16bit grayscale level**, and the brightness is generally 600-800cd/m², which is suitable for high-definition scenes such as indoor conference rooms and command centers. This solution is cost-effective, supports front and rear maintenance, has been widely used in standard cabinet structures, is compatible with Nova and Colorite control systems, and is currently the most mainstream P1.5 module format.

COB P1.5 LED Module

COB packaging directly packages LED chips on PCB boards, without the need for traditional lamp beads, and has four major advantages: dustproof, waterproof, anti-collision, and anti-static. The P1.5 COB module has the same dot pitch of 1.5mm, but the brightness is usually slightly lower (500–700cd/m²). The advantages are higher surface flatness and more than 3 times higher impact resistance, which is particularly suitable for public display scenarios that require high reliability and frequent contact (such as education, touch interaction, and museum displays).

HOB P1.5 LED Module

HOB technology is a package enhancement solution based on SMD. It uses semi-solid package colloid to cover the lamp surface as a whole, achieving protection performance close to COB, while maintaining the brightness and maintenance convenience of SMD. Its surface is moisture-proof and fingerprint-proof, suitable for high-traffic commercial display environments or semi-outdoor application scenarios. Compared with traditional SMD, HOB improves the screen's wear resistance by more than 50%, while retaining the structural advantages of magnetic installation and single-point repair of lamp beads.

The P1.5 LED display screen module supports both synchronous and asynchronous control modes, suitable for different application scenarios.

The module is compatible with mainstream control cards such as Nova, Colorlight, and Linsn, supports multi-module cascading and remote management, and can be connected to the video processor or central control system to meet the needs of large-screen splicing and precise content control.
